If you need help with your appointment

Please tell us:

  • if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
  • if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
  • if you need an interpreter

Home visits

Home visits will be made for people whose medical condition makes it impossible for them to attend the surgery.  Requests for home visits should be made by calling 01582 667017, preferably before 10:00, as this would help us organise the day’s work.

Please be aware that receptionists will take the details of the nature of the problem and pass these onto the clinician. The doctor on call for that day, your Community Matron or the Single Point of Contact nurse will deal with your problem.

Missed Appointments

If 3 or more appointments have been missed in a 1 year period, your registration at the surgery will be reviewed and you may be de-registered.
